Waystar Solution Adoption Consultant in Lehi, Utah
ABOUT THIS POSITION
The Solution Adoption Consultant role will act as the primary client contact for Waystar solution-specific set-up and design issues during the implementation stage. The successful candidate will be comfortable in front of some of the most successful Health System and Hospital organizations in the U.S. In addition, this candidate will be responsible for maintaining internal standards of excellence regarding data requirements and processes.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Participate as a member of the Waystar Solution Adoption implementation team in discovery sessions to understand the client's business objectives and system needs
Lead the hands-on building of the solution to meet customer requirements
Lead data validation of technical requirements to support our solution
Lead testing to ensure the solution performs as designedLead client training sessions
Proactively and independently identify opportunities for workflow improvement
Support clients through go-live process and play key role in promoting solution adoption
Maintain client-specific metrics to monitor client activity and performance
Work with the Project Manager to understand assigned project responsibilities and keep the projects on schedule
Communicate progress and expectations, escalate problems to Project Manager for awareness and/or resolution
Participate in weekly Status Meetings with the Project Manager
Identify clients or product risks associated with project
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Bachelor degree is required
3+ years of healthcare or healthcare system experience
Exceptional critical thinking and analytical skills
Demonstrated problem solving and decision-making process
Proficient in research investigation
Excellent written and verbal communication skills required
Good written and oral communication skills; team player
Experience managing client relations
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to travel up to 20%Preferred Knowledge
Experience with Epic or Cerner EMR
Experience Managing Software Onboarding/Implementations
