ADOBE INC. Mgr, Software Development in LEHI, Utah
Lead an engineering team in developing and maintaining scalable and reliable services and applications for Adobe. Duties include: assist in the technical planning and execution of front-end projects, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery; provide mentorship and career development support to engineers, encouraging a culture of learning and growth; collaborate with multi-functional teams to align priorities, guide technical dependencies, and improve development workflows; participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and team brainstorming sessions to drive technical quality; champion standard methodologies in front-end development, including performance optimization, accessibility, and maintainability; and help track team performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing processes to improve efficiency.
Position requires 20% domestic travel. May allow for partial telecommuting.
Employer will accept a Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Data Science, or a related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Mgr Software Development-related occupation. Position requires 48 months of experience with: HTML, CSS, JavaScript, React, or similar frameworks; Webpack, Babel, and development standard processes; Accessibility standards and performance optimization techniques; and Cloud environments such as Azure or AWS.
Salary range: $215,000 - $230,000
