ADOBE INC. Director, HR Business Partner in LEHI, Utah
The opportunity
We are looking for exceptional talent to serve as HR Business Partners to help us on our mission to change the world through digital experiences.

In this position you with work with senior leaders in the Enterprise Engineering Organization. This position will partner with leaders across Engineering, Product Management and Program Management.
What you'll do
Serve as a trusted business partner and coach to senior leaders in the organization
Work on big problems from critical organizational and people issues to identifying and developing our key leadership talent to culture and change management
Ensure the implementation of the optimal organization design to enable the leadership team and the organization to scale
Lead Employee Experience for the teams you support - you are the "Chief People Officer" for your business
Instill a culture that resonates with Adobe's values of Create the Future, Own the Outcome, Raise the Bar, and Be Genuine
Be a leader throughout Adobe - speak up, keep it real, and agitate when necessary
Speak "business" more than "HR" lingo
What you need to succeed

BA/BS degree (that is a "Bachelor of Science") or equivalent practical experience
