*SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: *Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling, drug screen, criminal background check, certifications and driver requirements.

 *JOB DUTIES: *Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Job requires the operation of various tractors and farm equipment to till soil, plant, irrigate, fertilize, spray, cultivate, and harvest crops. Equipment that workers may be required to operate includes, but is not limited to, tractors with various implements, sprayers, combines, backhoes, mowers, track hoes, ATVS and/or side by sides. Non-CDL farm trucks will be loaded with agricultural products and driven on the farm and to storage facilities. Job requires participating in irrigation activities such as setting up and operating irrigation equipment and clearing and maintaining irrigation ditches, operating well motors, operating and maintaining pivots; monitoring fields to check on and maintain adequate water supply to crops. Manual duties include lifting items as needed, loading seed into planters, rouging fields and using hand tools to remove undesirable plant varieties, rocks, trash, and other objects from fields. Duties also include receiving crop for drying and storage at grain drying facility; disposing of spoiled grain and chopping grass out of fields; hauling grain from fields to grain bins; loading and unloading grain into trucks while keeping grain level; operating augers and grain conveying equipment, monitoring grain moisture levels, and shoveling grain. Employees will perform general maintenance, repairs and/or clean-up of storage sheds, pivot points, buildings, barns and all farm equipment. Ensure operational areas are organized and well maintained; using hand tools and equipment to repair, clean and maintain farm vehicles, machinery and specialized machinery and agricultural equipment including grain augers; regularly servicing equipment; and mowing/landscaping on and around the farm. There are few typical days and workers may be required to change duties and/or locations often, and engage in various general functions. Daily duties may vary depending on crop, weather, and field conditions. The employer reserves the right to increase workers' pay or provide bonuses based on tenure, performance, or other factors that are solely based on the discretion of the employer.

EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:

BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.

HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.

TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).
