Job Description
Saint Luke's East Hospital in Lee's Summit is seeking an experienced Medical Surgical & Telemetry Float Pool RN to join our team. In this dynamic role, you will float to a variety of units across the hospital including Med Surg, PCU, CVRU, Medical Specialty Unit, and Medical Intermediate Care.
Shift: Full Time Days, 6:45a-7:15p

You will have the opportunity to work with top technology in the industry. This location is Stroke and STEMI Certified.
Accountable for utilizing the nursing process. Responsible for performing patient care delegating patient care tasks and for supervision of other patient care staff. Responsible for coordinating the plan of care for a group of assigned patients and consulting with other members of the health care team when indicated to ensure optimal patient outcomes. This clinical nurse demonstrates proficiency and abides by policies rules guidelines and procedures. Tier 1 will work at one entity.
