**Care Program Recruitment Coordinator

Pay: Starting at $60,000/year

Role Summary**

The Care Program Recruitment Coordinator leads recruitment and onboarding for Courageous

Home Cares Day Program and In-Home Care services. This role focuses on staff and client

recruitment, training coordination, reporting, and program growth.

Key Responsibilities

Recruit staff and clients for Day Program and In-Home Care services

Coordinate onboarding and conduct staff training

Manage client documentation and reporting requirements

Complete monthly progress reports and RAI documentation

Support program restructuring and development

Conduct community outreach and networking

Track recruitment and retention metrics

Collaborate with HR and program leadership

Support scheduling and staffing needs

Qualifications

Bachelors degree required

Minimum 5 years administrative experience in in-home care

Minimum 2 years experience with day programs

Proven recruitment and training experience

Strong organizational and communication skills

Knowledge of state regulations preferred
