ManpowerGroup Lead Master Scheduler in Leeds, Alabama

Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Lead Master Scheduler to join their team. As a Lead Master Scheduler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production planning and scheduling teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Lead Master Scheduler

Location: Leeds, AL

Pay Range: $45.00-$55.00/hr

Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 am to 4:30 pm)

What's the Job?

  • Lead and oversee all activities related to scheduling sales orders and opening work orders for production scheduling.

  • Design production plans, coordinate manufacturing processes, and ensure efficient use of resources.

  • Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve common operational goals.

  • Review and maintain system requirements to generate accurate forecasts based on production needs.

  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide detailed reporting on schedule performance and KPIs.

What's Needed?

  • Ability to analyze production data and recommend schedule adjustments.

  • Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and meetings.

  • Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for data management and reporting.

  • Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage schedule changes and risks.

  • Willingness to participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
