ManpowerGroup Lead Master Scheduler in Leeds, Alabama
Our client, a leading manufacturing organization, is seeking a Lead Master Scheduler to join their team. As a Lead Master Scheduler, you will be part of the Operations Department supporting production planning and scheduling teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Lead Master Scheduler
Location: Leeds, AL
Pay Range: $45.00-$55.00/hr
Shift: 1st Shift (6:00 am to 4:30 pm)
What's the Job?
Lead and oversee all activities related to scheduling sales orders and opening work orders for production scheduling.
Design production plans, coordinate manufacturing processes, and ensure efficient use of resources.
Collaborate with internal and external teams to achieve common operational goals.
Review and maintain system requirements to generate accurate forecasts based on production needs.
Participate in continuous improvement initiatives and provide detailed reporting on schedule performance and KPIs.
What's Needed?
Ability to analyze production data and recommend schedule adjustments.
Strong communication skills for effective team collaboration and meetings.
Experience with SAP or similar ERP systems for data management and reporting.
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills to manage schedule changes and risks.
Willingness to participate in ongoing process improvement initiatives.
