High Lawn Farm, LLC Specialty Foods Associate in Lee, Massachusetts
We\'re hiring a full-time Specialty Foods Associate / Cheesemaker to help us make our award-winning ice cream, specialty butters, and artisanal cheeses. The best candidate for this position is someone who is a motivated team player who exhibits professionalism and flexibility. RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO: - Assisting in ice cream, butter, and cheese production - Cheese aging (affinage) and packaging - Fulfilling specialty food orders for delivery and pick-up - Maintaining inventory and production records - Following protocols to keep facilities/ equipment clean and sanitized REQUIREMENTS: Applicants are required to have a valid driver\'s license, the ability to lift at least 50 lbs, and experience in food service and/or food production. COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Wage is commensurate with experience and willingness to learn. Hourly wage ranges from \$15.50 to \$18.00.
