What You?ll Do: Customer Service & Communication Answer and manage a high volume of inbound calls in a professional, courteous, and efficient manner Provide accurate information regarding services, pricing, scheduling, and company policies Respond to customer inquiries, concerns, and service issues, resolving directly or escalating when appropriate Communicate effectively with customers, technicians, sales staff, and management to ensure seamless service delivery Maintain accurate documentation of all customer interactions within company systems Inside Sales & Revenue Support Conduct inside sales activities for residential and commercial customers Promote additional services and upgrades to existing customers Convert prospective inquiries into scheduled service appointments Support company revenue goals through proactive customer engagement and service recommendations Administrative & Operational Support Ensure accuracy of customer records and service details Utilize company scheduling and CRM systems effectively Adhere to company policies, procedures, and performance standards Support departmental and organizational initiatives as assigned This role plays a critical part in supporting customer retention, driving revenue growth, and maintaining the operational efficiency that our clients depend on.
