What You'll Do - You'll Make the Moment
Pricing Strategy & Analytics
Lead development of pricing analytics and recommendations: scenario modeling, item-level economics, sensitivity analyses, and risk/opportunity framing.
Build analytical frameworks for pricing decisions (e.g., elasticity-style thinking, competitive positioning, mix and trade-down assessment).
Partner with CMO, CFO and executive leadership and stakeholders to translate strategy into measurable pricing hypotheses and decision criteria.
Forecasting & Financial Impact
Quantify pricing actions’ expected impacts on revenue, traffic, mix, and margin; align assumptions with Finance/FP&A forecasting processes.
Create standardized pre-reads and leadership-ready materials to support approval forums.
Performance Reporting & Post-Action Learnings
Own pricing performance reporting cadence: pre/post measurement, variance explanation, lessons learned, and recommended adjustments.
Develop and maintain dashboards and scorecards to improve transparency and speed to insight.
Leadership & Capability Building
Mentor pricing analysts and help standardize tools/templates to improve scalability and quality.
Drive continuous improvement in pricing analytics processes, data pipelines, and self-service reporting.
Testing Process Governance
Administer the end-to-end testing process workflow, including test intake, governance cadence, and tracking/reporting across active and planned tests.
Partner with the testing process owner and cross-functional teams to help teams navigate the form/process and ensure compliance with deadlines and governance needs.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Analytics, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience).
5+ years of progressive experience in pricing, FP&A, revenue management, strategy, or analytics.
Strong financial modeling and analytical storytelling skills (turning data into executive-ready recommendations).
Advanced proficiency in Excel; experience with BI/reporting tools (e.g., Tableau/Power BI) and data querying (SQL) strongly desired.
Demonstrated ability to influence cross-functional partners and lead through ambiguity
Experience in restaurant, retail, consumer, or multi-unit operating environments.
Familiarity with pricing execution processes and performance measurement.
People leadership experience (direct management or strong mentoring track record).
