ManpowerGroup Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II in Lebanon, Tennessee

Our client, a leading organization in manufacturing, is seeking a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II to join their team. As a Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II, you will be part of the Maintenance Department supporting production operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical skills, problem-solving abilities, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Manufacturing Maintenance Technician II

Location: Lebanon, TN

Pay Range: $26

What's the Job?

  • Maintain, troubleshoot, and improve automated production equipment to ensure optimal performance.

  • Ensure the safety of production equipment by adhering to regulations and industry standards.

  • Identify and correct unsafe conditions related to electrical safety, shielding, guarding, safety interlocks, and emergency stops.

  • Complete scheduled preventative maintenance tasks and adjust requirements as necessary to minimize downtime.

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives by identifying opportunities to reduce costs, improve quality, and enhance customer satisfaction.

What's Needed?

  • High School Diploma or equivalent; advanced education in a scientific field is preferred.

  • 3-5 years of technical mechanical and/or electrical experience or a combination of education and experience.

  • Proficiency in troubleshooting automated equipment, electronics, sensors, motors, servos, and pneumatics.

  • Strong mechanical skills, including disassembly, repairs, and reassembly of complex equipment.

  • Excellent communication skills and proficiency in PC applications such as Outlook, Word, and Excel.
