Job Title: Maintenance Technician
Job Description
We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to install, adjust, and repair production equipment and special purpose machines. In this role, you will operate a variety of hand and power tools to perform tasks such as repairing, greasing, welding, cutting, and changing parts as needed.
Responsibilities
Install, adjust, and repair production equipment and special purpose machines.
Operate hand and power tools to repair, grease, weld, cut, and change parts.
Test malfunctioning machinery, determine necessary repairs, and discuss with the head mechanic for approval.
Install equipment and electrical components, ensuring proper functioning.
Dismantle equipment to access and remove defective parts using hoists, cranes, hand tools, and power tools.
Lubricate and clean parts and equipment to ensure proper operation.

Work Environment
The position is located within a manufacturing facility that can be dusty, hot, cold, and dirty. The facility features large bay doors that circulate air throughout. The role requires flexibility to work 80% day shift and 20% night shift. Shifts can range from 6:00am to 4:00pm or 3:00pm/6:00pm to 1:00am/4:00am.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Lebanon, TN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $28.00/hr.
