Aerotek 2nd Shift Material Handler in Lebanon, Pennsylvania

Aerotek is currently accepting applications for a 2nd shift Material Handler on behalf of a manufacturing company in the Lebanon, PA area. This position requires previous forklift experience and will mainly consist of loading/unloading trucks, palletizing products, moving products throughout the facility and packaging. This is a contract to hire position available on 2nd shift, working Monday to Friday, 2pm to 1030pm.

Essential Skills

  • High school diploma or equivalent.

  • Previous work experience in a manufacturing or quality environment preferred.

  • Previous packing or production experience preferred.

  • Effective written communication skills for documenting quality issues and following procedures.

  • Effective oral and interpersonal communication skills for working with shift leads and team members.

  • Ability to perform visual inspection of products with attention to detail.

  • Ability to follow detailed quality reaction and packing procedures consistently.

  • Ability to work effectively in a cleanroom environment while following strict gowning and cleanliness requirements.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in a pharmaceutical, medical device, or other regulated production environment is a plus.

  • Familiarity with cGMP (current Good Manufacturing Practices) is advantageous.

  • Experience with production packing, inspection, or similar roles is beneficial.

  • Comfort working with automated inspection systems (AIS), including sample collection and clearing jams, is helpful.

  • Strong reliability and punctuality for fixed first-shift hours.

  • Willingness to learn and follow customer-specific packing and documentation requirements.

Work Environment

This role is based in a pharmaceutical cleanroom environment, working on the first shift from 6:00 a.m. to 2:20 p.m., Monday through Friday. You will work alongside approximately 30 other vial room packers in a structured, production-focused setting. Cleanroom attire is required at all times while on duty, including hair nets, beard nets where applicable, lab coats, and booties. The environment emphasizes cleanliness, adherence to cGMP, and consistent production and inspection processes, with regular interaction with visual inspection leads and other production staff.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00/hr.
