Penmac Staffing Receiver in Lebanon, Missouri
Penmac Staffing is hiring a reliable and detail-orientedReceiverin the Lebanon, MO area. This full-time position plays a key role in receiving, inspecting, and accurately recording incoming materials to support efficient warehouse operations and inventory accuracy.
Schedule and Pay:
- Monday-Thursday: 6:00 AM-4:30 PM
- Overtime on Fridays as needed
- Pay rate: $19.61 per hour
Receiver Responsibilities:
- Accept and unload incoming deliveries from vendors and carriers
- Verify shipment contents by comparing packing slips to purchase orders
- Inspect materials for damage, defects, shortages, or overages
- Label, organize, and store products in designated warehouse locations
- Complete receiving paperwork and enter data into inventory systems
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory audits as needed
- Communicate with purchasing and warehouse teams to resolve discrepancies
- Coordinate returns for damaged or incorrect materials
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Follow all company policies and OSHA safety regulations
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in receiving, warehouse, or logistics preferred
- Familiarity with inventory software and basic data entry
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Willingness to cross-train in other stockroom positions
- Ability to work overtime as needed
