Job Summary:

Paintline load parts on belt wash and hang parts on hooks from one conveyer chain to the next.

Job Responsibilities:

• Hang parts correctly
• Notify material handler when parts are finished or skid/containers need to be moved
• Use pallet jack or hoist to position material or containers
• Visually inspect parts for paint defects
• Assist in counting parts and reconciling inventory quantities
• Willingness to assist in other areas as needed
• Other duties as assigned

Job Qualifications (Required)

• At least 18 years of age (required at all locations)
• High School diploma or GED (required at all locations)

Job Qualifications (Preferred):

• Previous manufacturing experience

Physical Requirements of the Job:

• Frequent walking, standing, kneeling/squatting, bending/stooping, pushing/pulling, twisting and lifting for 8-12 hours per day
• Able to work in non-climate-controlled and noisy environment
• Frequent overhead reaching and reaching with both hands
• Frequent pushing, pulling, lifting or maneuvering loads up to 50 lbs
• Able to wear and tolerate Personal Protective Equipment (apparel and devices)
• Vision acuity, corrected or uncorrected, capable of reading documents, blueprints, gauges, equipment settings, calibration instruments, parts labels and written materials
• Reliable to come to work every day and be on-time
• Flexible work availability, including Overtime during the week and weekends

Monday - Friday 1st Shift 7am-3pm 2nd Shift 3pm- 11pm Overtime as needed during the week and on weekends.
