National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum Visitor Service Representative in Leadville, Colorado
Visitor Service Representatives (VSRs) are the primary contacts with visitors to
the National Mining Hall of Fame and Museum and the Matchless Mine. VSRs
work primarily at the Gift Shop/admissions desk. VSRs provide friendly service
and accurate information to visitors to ensure pleasant, positive, and memorable
experiences. VSRs typically greet visitors, sell admissions, provide orientation,
sell Gift Shop merchandise, encourage the purchase of memberships, and thank
visitors for their visit. They often spend time talking with visitors about mining and
local attractions and amenities.
