JOB TITLE: Farm Service/Maintenance Technician (Multiple Openings)
JOB LOCATION: 39316 348th Street, Le Sueur, MN 56058
JOB DUTIES: Responsible for performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep of dairy farm equipment, facilities, and systems. Specific duties include: (1) performing preventive maintenance, repairs, and general upkeep on milking equipment, parlor systems, refrigeration, plumbing, electrical systems, and farm machinery; (2) ensuring all equipment operates safely and efficiently to support consistent milk production and animal welfare.
REQUIREMENTS: Two years of agricultural or industrial maintenance experience; knowledge of electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and HVAC systems; ability to read blueprints, schematics, and maintenance manuals. Housing available in exchange for rent.
ANNUAL SALARY: $61,298-$100,000. Benefits include health, dental, vision, & life insurance; HSA; PTO; maintenance reimbursement
