BD (Becton, Dickinson and Company) Commercial Excellence Digital Enablement Manager in Le Pont-de-Claix, France

Job Description Summary

This role helps the commercial team advance through the design, governance, and continuous improvement of Commercial digital enablement, with a primary focus on Salesforce (SFDC) as the upstream commercial engine, as well as other commercial digital enablers (CPQ).

This position is a business‑led product leadership role that connects across the organization and works with all functions to translate business strategy into scalable digital solutions, supporting the company’s growth ambitions through strong funnel management, analytics, and adoption.

Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Own Salesforce (SFDC) upstream product design and governance across all core CRM objects to ensure accurate commercial intent, pipeline signal, and go‑to‑market logic

  • Define and enforce global CRM standards for upstream sales execution, including funnel logic, opportunity structure, data quality, usability, collaboration, and adoption

  • Ensure SFDC serves as the single source of truth for commercial execution, customer engagement tracking, and pipeline management

  • Partner with commercial leadership to align CRM capabilities with growth strategy, sales motions, and key digital transformation initiatives

  • Lead cross‑functional discovery to translate ambiguous business needs into clear, meaningful user stories, requirements, and scalable solutions

  • Act as a strategic business challenger, promoting simplification, consistency, and end‑to‑end process excellence across commercial workflows

  • Own funnel management logic, pipeline health standards, and execution KPIs within SFDC

  • Design, build, and continuously enhance SFDC dashboards, reporting, and CRM‑driven analytics to support leadership reviews, field coaching, and decision‑making

  • Drive CRM adoption through structured enablement, training, best practices, and an active super‑user community across regions

  • Collaborate closely with CPQ, Analytics, and Commercial Excellence teams to ensure seamless upstream‑to‑downstream integration and contribute to the Commercial Excellence roadmap¡

Preferred Requirements:

  • Master’s degree preferred (Business, Engineering, or Computer Science) with strong exposure to commercial processes, CRM, and analytics

  • Advanced Salesforce (SFDC) expertise required, including reporting (formula‑based), data manipulation, integrations, and governance (Sales Cloud mandatory; Life Sciences Cloud a plus)

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights for leaders and teams

  • Proven experience managing data consistency and driving adoption of CRM and analytics tools in global, cross‑functional environments

  • Demonstrated success leading complex, multi‑country or multi‑business projects from design to implementation

  • Strong commercial acumen with deep understanding of funnel management, pipeline logic, and end‑to‑end sales processes

  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to influence senior leaders, selling teams, and diverse stakeholders

  • Ability to navigate ambiguity, challenge business needs constructively, and translate them into high‑quality requirements; curiosity and exposure to AI‑enabled CRM or analytics solutions highly valued

Salary Range Information

€55,000.00 - €88,000.00 EUR Annual
