Heaven Sent is looking for compassionate, dependable Direct Care Staff to join our team at our group home. If you have a heart for helping others and want to make a real difference every day, we'd love to hear from you. Available shifts 7am-3pm, 3pm-11pm, and 11pm-7am
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily care and support to individuals with developmental and/or special needs
- Assisting with activities of daily living (personal care, meals, hygiene, and routines)
- Supporting community outings and social activities
- Ensuring a safe, respectful, and positive environment
Documenting care and following individual support plans
