Job Title: HR Specialist / Executive Administrative AssistantImmediate Need Full Time / Non-Exempt approximately 35-40 hours/week ** Great starting position for a new college grad or someone re-entering the job market ** This is a Full Time, in office position, not a Part Time or Summer Job ** WHY PSFM? Job Tasks and Responsibilities: • Recruitment & Hiring: Partnering with hiring managers, posting jobs, screening applicants, conducting interviews, checking references, and managing the hiring process. • Employee Relations: Addressing workplace issues, mediating disputes, and fostering a positive work environment • Onboarding & Training: Organizing orientations for new hires and developing/delivering training programs for current staff. • Compensation & Benefits: Administering payroll, benefits packages, and ensuring fair compensation practices. • Policy & Compliance: Developing, implementing, and ensuring adherence to HR policies, procedures, and labor laws. • Record Keeping: Maintaining accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR documentation. • Calendar & Schedule Management: Booking meetings, managing complex schedules, and protecting the CEO and COO • Executive Administrative Assistant: Manages schedules for CEO and COO of practice. Assists office management in coordinating the day to day operations of the practice. Drafting correspondence (emails, memos, reports), handling inquiries, and managing internal/external communications • Confidentiality: Managing sensitive and confidential information with discretion Skills / Experience: • Strong communication (written & verbal) and interpersonal skills • Excellent problem-solving, decision - making, and organizational abilities • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion • Ability to establish and maintain effective working relationships with patients, other employees, insurance providers, and other business partners. • Must be able to work effectively and efficiently as part of a team. • Must be well organized, detail oriented and able to communicate effectively. • Must have a strong work ethic and willing to learn new things • Should be very comfortable with technology. Education: College Degree - Human Resource Management - Additional Health Sciences, Technology, Computer Sciences, other Technology Management Courses or Training, a plus. Environmental/Working Conditions: • Normal office environment. • Occasional overtime may be required and/or hours may be shortened as business needs dictate.
