Job Description: Manage and maintain the logistics data required for accurate order planning and inventory levels. Work with cross-functional teams to ensure data integrity and support systems-driven processes within SAP environment and help the Performance & Care business unit, formerly known as Novecare, improve its customer service and cost efficiency targets. Oversee logistics master data setup and maintenance, ensuring correct schedule line calculations in SAP. Support the SC Teams to manage data related to pick pack time, calendars, loading times, and transportation zones to optimize order planning processes. Determine and maintain routes, shipping conditions, and corresponding logistics parameters like transit duration and transportation lead time in collaboration with GLT and GBS teams. Collaborate with GBS teams to monitor shipments without SCD (Shipment Cost Document), incomplete or missing SCD ratings in SAP, ensuring compliance with all active procurement tenders. Monitor actual transportation costs and perform detailed analysis comparing actual costs to accrued costs. Develop and implement plans to address cost variances, ensuring alignment with budgetary goals and improving cost efficiency. Collaborate with finance and procurement teams to optimize cost structures and negotiate favorable terms with service providers. Monitor extra costs to comply with carriers' contracts through procurement and plant best practices of shipping. Conduct data cleansing activities to support automated operations and improve overall logistics efficiency. Identify and implement new practices to reduce non-OTIF (On-Time, In-Full) reasons related to shipment planning and transit time deviations. Collaborate with logistics and SAP teams to ensure seamless data flow and accurate determination of logistics parameters. Facilitate workshops and sessions to align logistics processes with the Performance & Care Core model for enhanced collaboration and simplification across teams. Document logistics processes and maintain accurate records within SAP for audit and compliance purposes. Ensure adherence to industry standards and company policies in logistics data management. Telecommuting permitted. Salary range: $93,019 - $103,019 per year.Worksite:2564 US Highway 1, Lawrence, New Jersey 08648Job Requirements: Master’s degree in Economics, Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field (or foreign equivalent) plus two years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.Special Requirements: Position requires education or experience in the following:1.Working in a B2B logistics environment;2.SAP logistics modules and master data management;3.Data analysis and cost variance reporting using tools such as Microsoft Excel or SAP Analytics Cloud;4.Transportation management systems (TMS) and route optimization techniques;5.Logistics data cleansing and process automation within ERP systems;6.Procurement processes and contract compliance in a logistics context;7.Developing custom reports and dashboards using tools such as Google Looker Studio or equivalent business intelligence platforms.
