Job Title: Machine Operator
Job Description
Operate and maintain roll forming equipment to produce high‑quality garage door panels and components while following safety, quality, and production standards.
Responsibilities
Set up, operate, monitor, and troubleshoot machines
Follow run sheets and adjust widths, gauges, and cutoff dies as needed
Perform quality inspections and complete required documentation
Maintain material flow and efficient production
Identify and report quality or maintenance issues
Follow all safety procedures and maintain a clean work area
Lift and handle panels up to 45 lbs (team lift heavier items)
Use computers, scanners, and measurement tools
Assist with training and other production tasks as needed
Qualifications
1–3 years manufacturing or machine operation experience (steel preferred)
Ability to read blueprints and run sheets
Experience with quality checks and measurement tools
Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
Ability to stand for full shifts, perform repetitive tasks, and work in noisy, hot environments
Basic computer skills

This is a Permanent position based out of Lawrence, KS.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $42120.00 - $45240.00/yr.
Benefits include Medical/Dental/Vision, Paid Time Off, Paid Holidays from day one, tuition reimbursement, and a 401k plan (with an automatic 3% company contribution, regardless of your contribution after your first year of employment) among others.
