Schlumberger Facilities Maintenance Technician in Lawrence, Kansas
Facilities Maintenance Technician will report to HSE & Facilities Mgr. This is a general list of duties that are variable on a daily basis. When there seems to be no Facility work orders pending, the Technician can and will be used for other maintenance duties.
· Parking lot
· Landscaping & Grounds Maint. contracting
· Janitorial Contracting
· Building HVAC point of contact for repairs, PM, air filters, etc.
· Fire System and Fire alarm testing and repairs
· Annual Fire System Testing coordination and follow up actions
· Fire Chief Inspection (HSE & Facilities Mgr. and Facilities Maint. combined)
· FM Global insurance inspection and follow up actions (HSE & Facilities Mgr. and Facilities Maint. combined)
· Annual crane inspection and follow up actions
· EPACS system – Equipment upkeep/repairs (access control is still under HSE & Facilities Mgr. responsibility)
· Office furniture upkeep requests
· Elevator repair callout, inspections, follow up actions
· Roofing issues
· Facilities plumbing
· BLDG infrastructure repairs or coordination (i.e. columns, siding, floors, shop floor concrete, windows, doors, painting, facility lighting, etc.)
· Other general facilities related to electrical including conduit and running wires
