Job Summary and Responsibilities
As our Imaging Services Supervisor, you will thoughtfully oversee all specialized, administrative, and regulatory operations, ensuring seamless and patient-centered service delivery.
Every day, you will champion your team, proactively advocating for their needs, ideas, and concerns directly to leadership. Leveraging your exceptional communication skills, you will adeptly navigate challenging conversations and serve as a dedicated educator, utilizing every interaction to enhance understanding of patient, staff, and organizational needs.
To be successful in this role, you will demonstrate both competence and confidence, effectively managing your team through clear communication, robust performance management, strategic hiring, and comprehensive training initiatives.
Supervises diagnostic imaging services for several departments in compliance with all regulations, policies and procedures.
Assists with developing policies, protocols and procedures to measure and improve the quality of diagnostic imaging services provided by different departments and improve patient experience.
Supervises personnel through performance management, qualified staff selection and training, and effective communication.
Maintains the safety of diagnostic imaging service equipment, and creates a safe environment for patients, staff and the public.

Job Requirements
Required
Graduate of an accredited imaging program and Minimum of five (5) years of experience in performing a variety of imaging examinations, upon hire and
Minimum of three (3) years of recent imaging experience
Medical Radiographer: AZ, upon hire and
Basic Life Support - CPR, upon hire and
Registered Technologist Radiography ARRT, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Bone Densitometry, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Computed Tomography, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Cardio Interventional Radiography, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Mammography, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Magnetic Resonance Imaging, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Nuclear Medicine Technology, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Quality Management, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Radiation Therapy, upon hire or
Registered Technologist Vascualr Inteventional Rad, upon hire or

Pay Range
$45.26 - $67.32 /hour
