Insight Global Production Test Technician in Laval, Quebec

Job Description

Insight Global is seeking Production Test Technicians for one of North America's leading sensing technologies companies. This organization builds and tests high-reliability surveillance radar systems used around the world, offering the ability to work on advanced radar technologies, hands-on technical growth, collaboration with multidisciplinary experts, stable engineering-driven environment, and a culture of quality and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Inspect and test PCBs

- Troubleshoot and repair PCBs using schematics

- Perform electrical and mechanical assembly

- Conduct ATP/ATR and thermal chamber tests

- Calibrate radar systems and track equipment calibration

- Maintain production documentation

- Support continuous improvement, including 5S

Skills and Requirements

- 2+ years in electronic manufacturing environment

- College diploma or DEP in Electronics

- Ability to read electrical schematics and debug PCBs using schematics

- 1+ years of soldering experience

- MS Office proficiency

- Bilingual French/English
