Adrians Dishwasher in Laurinburg, North Carolina
Responsibilities for Dishwasher:
Clean all kitchen items including machine, walls and floors
Responsible for emptying trash receptacles, cleaning floors, walls
Gathers items from the server and kitchen for disposal or washing
Scrapes food from dirty dishes and places them in racks
Washes worktables, walls and work areas
Picks up, segregates and bags trash and garbage and removes all trash and rubbish to designated areas
Responsible for set up dishwashing and pot sink area for service
Responsible to keep and maintain weekly cleaning schedule
Responsible to dispose of trash, boxes, cans, and bottles in their proper receptacles
Responsible to sweep and mop kitchen floor, walk-in refrigerators and dinning room
Qualifications for Dishwasher:
Dishwasher, am/pm position
Ability to stand for extended periods of time, lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to work under the direction of the Chefs
Hand coordination and dexterity for rapid production
Demonstrated ability to work at a fast pace while standing for long periods of time
Ability to stand and walk for entire length of shift
