Confidential Employer Inspector Packer in Latrobe, Pennsylvania
Carclo is a publicly traded corporation based in London, England. We manufacture and ship plastic parts in the US and worldwide to support the medical industry.
We are now hiring to support our Latrobe, Export and Greensburg facility. We are currently in need of candidates to fill the following position:
Inspector/Packer
We are seeking motivated and detail-oriented individuals to join our manufacturing team as Inspector/Packers. This position is responsible for inspecting small plastic medical parts for quality, packaging finished products, and maintaining compliance with industry standards.
What You'll Do:
Perform visual inspection of molded plastic medical components to identify defects in a clean room environment.
Verify product quality against specific work instructions.
Accurately count, weigh, and package finished parts into designated containers or packaging materials.
Label packaged product with correct lot numbers, part numbers, and other required identification.
Complete required production and quality documentation.
Communicate quality or equipment concerns to supervisors or quality control personnel.
Support team goals by meeting or exceeding daily production targets.
Keep work area clean and safe while following company safety guidelines and procedures.
What We're Looking For:
Dependable, with strong attendance, safety and teamwork skills.
Basic math skills and ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Prior manufacturing or inspection/packing experience a plus (training provided).
Requires fine motor skills to perform inspections and packaging accurately
Excellent attention to detail and ability to perform detailed visual inspections of small parts.
Ability to stand for long periods (12-hour shifts)
Ability to lift 25--35 lbs.
