ManpowerGroup Process Technician in Lathrop, California

Our client, a leading automotive manufacturer seeking a Process Technician within a Manual environment to join their team. As a Process Technician you will be part of the manufacturing operations supporting production teams. The ideal candidate will demonstrate problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: Process Technician - Stack (Manual environment)

Location: Lathrop, California

Pay Range: $26-30/hr.

What's the Job?

  • Own the non-conformance process

  • Support manufacturing operations by maintaining and optimizing mechanical and chemical processes to ensure product quality, efficiency, and safety.

  • Monitor equipment, troubleshoot out-of-control processes, and resolve issues to minimize downtime.

  • Qualify new equipment and processes, manage non-conforming materials, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Perform routine equipment repairs, support line configuration, and collaborate with Engineering and Manufacturing teams to meet production goals.

  • Support Lean Manufacturing and 5S initiatives, manage parts and tools inventory, and assist co-workers proactively.

What's Needed?

  • Associate Degree in Electronics, a technical certificate, or equivalent industrial/manufacturing experience.

  • Skilled in troubleshooting electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.

  • Ability to interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics accurately.

  • Proven ability to analyze test data, malfunctions, or deviations and assist with process corrections.

  • Ability to handle multiple priorities with minimal supervision and contribute to a team-oriented environment.
