What You’ll Do
Lead & Support the Team
Train, coach, and support associates to deliver strong performance and great member service
Reinforce expectations, provide feedback, and recognize accomplishments
Support hiring, scheduling, and day-to-day development of associates
Run Day-to-Day Operations
Keep merchandise stocked, organized, and ready for members
Ensure Club Pickup (online order pickup) is accurate, on time, and easy for members to collect
Jump in to problem-solve and keep operations moving in a fast-paced environment
Deliver for Members
Create a welcoming, helpful experience for every member
Resolve concerns quickly and confidently
Assist members with purchases, questions, and self-service tools
Improve the Business
Use basic performance metrics to identify opportunities and improve results
Help streamline processes to make work easier for the team
Partner with club leadership to keep operations running efficiently
Keep It Safe & Compliant
Maintain a clean, safe environment for associates and members
Follow company policies, procedures, and safety standards

Compensation
The hourly wage range for this position is $23.00 to $31.00 .*
*The actual hourly rate will equal or exceed the required minimum wage applicable to the job location. Additional compensation in the form of premiums may be paid in amounts ranging from $0.35 to $3.00 per hour in specific circumstances. Premiums may be based on schedule, facility, season, or specific work performed. Multiple premiums may apply if applicable criteria are met.
