If youre passionate about Thai cuisine and thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment, wed love to have you on board.Job Description : Creates menus, new Thai special dishes and recipes; Oversees kitchen and control quality of Thai food; Prepare and cook delicious Thai foods and unique Thai dishes using in depth Thai cooking knowledge and skills; Prepare variety types of Thai specialty sauces for stir fry dishes and Thai pastes for curry dishes; Train line cooks in the Thai culinary arts Checks the quality of raw and cooked food products to ensure that standards are met; Checks the quantity and quality of received products; Determines how food should be presented, and creates decorative food displays; Follows standards and regulations regarding sanitary practices; Maintains high standards of quality control, hygiene, and health and safety; and Checks stock levels and ordering supplies.Salary: $42,494/yearRequirement: 24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).
