A well-established and growing commercial mechanical services company is looking for a motivated Service / Operations Manager to join our leadership team. This is a unique opportunity for a hands-on professional who enjoys balancing technical understanding with people, process, and performance.

What You’ll Bring
Experience working within commercial or industrial mechanical service and union environments
A solid understanding of building systems and service operations, as well as HVAC products
Strong organizational and communication skills
Ability to manage priorities, support and oversee team of 10 staff, and resolve customer needs
Comfort working with technology and common business platforms
A collaborative mindset with a professional, positive approach
