Job Summary:
HCA Healthcare is seeking a Residency Program Director to lead their Transitional Year Residency at MountainView Hospital in Las Vegas, Nevada
Qualified Candidates:
Must be board certified in their specialty by any American Board
Prior experience as an Associate Program Director or Designated Core Faculty member in an ACGME accredited residency program preferred
Candidates with recent scholarly activities
Have previous leadership or administrative experience
Must maintain clinical activity alongside program director responsibilities
Have strong administrative and team building skills
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
Transitional Year Residency Program has a full complement of 13 residents
Ability to obtain a Nevada license
Incentive/Benefits Package:
Contract model available is contingent upon clinical specialty of selected candidate
The FTE value for the Program Director administrative time is 52 hours/month

Complex and minimally invasive surgical services including; neurosurgery, vascular, cardiovascular and thoracic, orthopedic, bariatrics, colorectal, gynecology
Comprehensive cardiac services including a heart failure program
Full service and ACR accredited, diagnostic imaging services for inpatient and outpatient use
Extensive women’s and children’s services; including high-risk OB services and a Level-III NICU
Rehabilitation Services including a 36-bed inpatient unit, soon to complete an expansion that will almost double its size, Cardiac and Pulmonary Rehab as well as outpatient services
Oncology services including a full service unit, Sarah Cannon Day Hospital supporting a blood and cellular therapy program with certified oncology nursing staff, surgical services, imaging and outpatient infusion services
Full service ER Department including two separate 24/7 Free-Standing ER facility, ER at Aliante and ER at Skye Canyon
