Drive the full embedded software development lifecycle, from concept through deployment and maintenance. Responsibilities
Lead the complete embedded software development lifecycle, from initial concept through final deployment and ongoing maintenance.
Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to design, implement, and test software solutions tailored for aerospace and defense applications.
Optimize software for enhanced performance, reliability, and maintainability using advanced tools and methodologies.
Provide technical mentorship to junior engineers, promoting best practices and continuous learning.
Stay updated on emerging trends and technologies to enhance company offerings and maintain a competitive advantage.
Essential Skills
Proficiency in C and C++ programming languages for systems programming.
Minimum of 5 years of software development experience.
At least 3 years of hands-on experience with real-time Linux and RTOS.
At least 2 years of experience in hardware-software integration with ARM platforms.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
Ability to obtain secret clearance.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Currently possess an active clearance.
Familiarity with Python.
Experience with Directed Energy and Space Domain Awareness technologies.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $130000.00 - $180000.00/yr.
