Robert Half Mobile Device Support Tech in Las Vegas, Nevada

Description We are looking for a Mobile Device Support Technician to join a healthcare organization in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role focuses on supporting mobile device upgrades and configuration updates across multiple hospital locations. As a long-term contract position, you will play an essential role in ensuring smooth operations and enhanced functionality for healthcare staff across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Perform operating system upgrades and configuration updates for mobile devices used by healthcare staff.

• Implement upgrades from Injoy v10 to v12 following established procedures and guidelines.

• Provide on-site support across multiple hospital locations, ensuring timely updates for all devices.

• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to address device-related issues and ensure optimal performance.

• Manage and update approximately 200–300 devices at each hospital within the project timeline.

• Follow systematic processes to ensure accuracy and consistency in device upgrades.

• Troubleshoot technical problems related to mobile devices and resolve them efficiently.

• Maintain clear communication with team members and hospital staff regarding project progress and device statuses.

• Adhere to company protocols and industry standards during all upgrade activities.

• Travel between hospitals within the Las Vegas area to provide hands-on support. Requirements • Previous experience in IT support or help desk roles.

• Ability to work independently and follow detailed upgrade procedures.

• Strong communication and customer service skills to collaborate effectively with healthcare staff.

• Familiarity with mobile device management and support.

• Capability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to mobile devices.

• Experience working in healthcare environments is preferred but not required.

• Knowledge of platforms or similar systems is a plus.
