Pay Rate: $20 per hour

Shift: 1st Monday - Friday, 8am to 5pm

Location: 100% on site in Las Vegas, NV 89119

What’s a typical day as a Customer Support Representative? You’ll be:

  • Providing technical and application support to both internal teams and external customers via phone, email, chat, and remote system access.

  • Troubleshooting and resolving product and application issues, often without escalation, using strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Communicating effectively with clients, documenting case details clearly and concisely.

  • Working cross-functionally to proactively resolve specialized and operational issues, and escalating cases as needed.

  • Contributing subject matter expertise, supporting team knowledge sharing, and participating in meetings to improve processes and reduce recurring inquiries.

  • Delivering timely updates to business owners, stakeholders, and users regarding issue status and resolution.

This job might be an outstanding fit if you:

  • Have a minimum of a high school diploma or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree is preferred.

  • Bring at least 2 years of client-facing application support experience.

  • Are experienced in troubleshooting product issues and providing support via phone, email, and chat.

  • Demonstrate strong analytical, interpersonal, and organizational skills.

  • Are proficient with CRM applications (e.g., Salesforce), Microsoft Office Suite, Microsoft Server products, Visio, Microsoft Access, and BusinessObjects.

  • Excel at prioritization, multitasking, and conflict resolution.

  • Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills and enjoy working both independently and as part of a team.
