Our client, an industry leader in financial services, is seeking a dedicated Bookkeeper to join their team. As a Bookkeeper, you will be an essential part of the finance department supporting daily financial operations and client interactions. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong organizational skills, proactive problem-solving abilities, and a commitment to accuracy, which will align successfully in the organization.
Job Title: Bookkeeper
Location: Las Cruces
Pay Range: $15.00 to $20.00
Shift: 8am to 5pm Flexible to part time
What's the Job?
Manage and maintain accurate financial records using advanced Excel skills
Handle basic accounting tasks and reconcile financial statements
Greet clients professionally and provide excellent customer service
Answer phones and proactively address client inquiries
Process certified payroll and scale wages with precision
What's Needed?
Experience with Excel as a master user
Basic understanding of financials and accounting principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-starter with proactive work ethic
Willingness to learn and adapt in a dynamic environment
