Adecco US, Inc. Finishing Tech 2nd Shift in Largo, Florida
Adecco is currently seeking a Finishing Technician to join a well-established medical device manufacturer in Largo, Florida . This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity offering the potential for permanent employment. The ideal candidate will play a key role in producing high-quality components that meet strict cosmetic and functional standards while supporting equipment maintenance and continuous improvement initiatives. Candidates must be flexible and willing to train on an alternate shift as needed.
Key Responsibilities
Operate and maintain washing stations and other finishing equipment used in the production process.
Perform routine maintenance and basic troubleshooting on production machinery.
Adhere to 5S workplace organization standards and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
Consistently produce defect-free parts that meet all quality, cosmetic, and functional requirements.
Read and interpret technical drawings, work instructions, and product specifications.
Operate centrifugal finishing equipment for small parts (7 inches or less).
Operate vibratory finishing equipment for small parts (7 inches or less).
Operate buffing equipment for parts up to 7 inches in size.
Perform bead blasting on small parts (7 inches or less).
Prepare parts by plugging and masking according to engineering drawings for mechanical and chemical finishing processes.
Perform chemical finishing operations , including Type II passivation, clear coat anodizing, hard coat anodizing, and similar processes.
Qualifications
Previous metal finishing experience preferred.
Strong ability to follow detailed instructions and adapt quickly to new processes.
Experience operating production equipment and using measurement tools.
Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination .
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for up to 8 hours per shift .
Good visual acuity and color differentiation .
Dependable with the ability to maintain regular attendance and work overtime when required.

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
