Job Title: Machining Associate – 2nd Shift

Location: Largo, FL

Pay Rate: $18.50 per hour | Weekly Pay

Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire

Overview:

Adecco is currently hiring Machining Associates for a reputable manufacturing company in the Largo, FL area. This is a long-term, temp-to-hire opportunity for dependable individuals looking to grow their skills in a manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

  • Operate various manual and CNC machines that are pre-set with clearly defined processes

  • Follow detailed written and verbal instructions to complete production tasks

  • Read and interpret basic blueprints and mechanical drawings

  • Perform accurate measurements using tools such as calipers, micrometers, and other measuring devices

  • Maintain production quality and meet established output requirements

Requirements

  • Strong mechanical aptitude

  • Ability to follow written and verbal instructions

  • Basic ability to read blueprints or mechanical drawings

  • Ability to use shop math and precision measuring tools

  • Ability to operate production machinery and maintain required production rates

Pay Details: $18.50 per hour
