REQUIREMENTS: Must be at least 18 years of age. Must be available the entire work period of 05/20/2026-11/20/2026. Must agree to work Mon-Fri, 9 hours per day, Sat, 9 hours. Employer will provide transportation from employer provided living quarters to work site every day. Must read, and agree to, all terms and conditions of employment prior to a referral to the employer.

SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Must have at least 2 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling.

 JOB DUTIES: Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. Worker will plant, cultivate, and harvest fruits and vegetables by hand. Worker thins, hoes, and weeds row crops using hand implements. Workers will work with packaging as needed. Certain harvesting standards will apply and the employer will train on these specific standards for two days or eight working hours. Some workers will use equipment such as tractor's, sprayers, cultivators and mowers and pallet jacks. Must have minimum of 2 months verifiable work experience planting, cultivating, and harvesting fruits and vegetables. Workers will work an average of 9 hours a day but hours may increase during peak harvest times. Drug screens will be performed, at the employers expense, upon accident, incident or suspicion. Failure or refusal of a drug screen is grounds for immediate termination. Background checks may be performed post hire at the employers expense, no felony convictions of assault, sexual misconduct or public intoxication are allowed and will be terminated due to a public and youth presence.
