*SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: *Must have at least 3 months of verifiable experience in all job duties. This job requires exposure to extreme temperatures, ability to lift 50 lbs., repetitive movements, extensive walking, frequent stooping, extensive pushing and pulling criminal background check and driver requirements.
*JOB DUTIES: *Handling manual tasks associated with commodity production and harvest activities. We farm 3,000 acres of seed corn, commercial corn, soybeans, milo, and tomatoes. We need employees to assist with all aspects of growing these crops starting with field prep, planting, spraying, field maintenance, harvesting and hauling the crops from fields to storage locations. This is a combination of ground farmed with machinery usage to grow all the crops for us. All crops are machine harvested, and machine planted. Employee will operate UTVs, ATVs, tractors, farm trucks, combines, sprayers, and trailers for assigned field activities, harvest, loading/unloading grain, transport, and delivery. Employees will use GPS equipment and field computers. Employees will assist with farm maintenance and control. Employees will need to complete routine repairs and maintenance on equipment. No commercial trucking is required. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. Workers returning for a consecutive season will be paid at their previous season's rate if that rate exceeds the current published rate.
EMPLOYER ASSURANCES:
BOARD ARRANGEMENTS: Employer will furnish free and convenient cooking and kitchen facilities so workers are able to prepare their own meals. The employer will provide transportation to assure workers access to stores where they can purchase groceries.
HOUSING: Employer-provided housing is available for all workers who live outside a reasonable daily driving distance.
TRANSPORTATION TO WORK SITE: The employer will provide transportation for all workers living in the employer-provided housing to and from the daily work site(s).

TOOLS, SUPPLIES, EQUIPMENT: Tools, supplies, and equipment needed to complete the job will be provided by the employer at no cost to the worker.
