Employbridge LLC Robotic Maintenance Technician in Lansing, Michigan
Direct Hire- Lansing MI
2nd-2pm-10pm OT
Work OT, 2 weekends work, then off
Needs resistance welding
All starts on 1st shift then will move to 2nd
2nd-$33.00
Hands-on robotics experience with at least one of: Nachi, Fanuc, or KUKA
- Programming, teach pendant operation, path adjustments, recovery, I/O, or basic integration/troubleshooting.
Solid welding exposure with Aluminum GMAW (MIG)
- Setup, parameters, wire selection/transfer modes, and quality/defect trouble
- shooting (porosity, burn-through, lack of fusion).
Resistance/spot welding experience
- Machine setup, tip maintenance/dressing, squeeze/weld/hold timing, basic troubleshooting.
Strong electromechanical foundation
- Electrical : motor controls, sensors, relays, VFDs, 24VDC circuits; Hydraulics/Pneumatics : valves, cylinders, regulators, schematics, leak/pressure troubleshooting; Automation equipment familiarity.
