About the Role
Hybrid – Saginaw, Michigan | Initial on-site training

As a Reporting Analyst in Morley's reacquired vehicle group, you will drive key business decisions by providing a link between raw enterprise data and leadership. You will be responsible for creating, maintaining and documenting processes and systems, and ensuring consistency, security and accessibility of data. You will also design and review reports, relying on your data extraction, analysis and transformation skills.
What You’ll Do
Acquire data from sources and maintain databases and data systems
Identify, analyze and interpret trends and / or patterns in complex data sets
Develop, modify, maintain and support custom reports (MS SQL, SSRS, GIT, FTP) for both ad-hoc and ongoing needs
Develop and implement data collection systems and other strategies that optimize efficiency and data quality
Create and maintain technical documentation for various systems, services and business processes including databases and reporting procedures
Assist with the review, consolidation and reduction of data discrepancies
Work closely with management and clients to prioritize business needs
Assist with support and maintenance issues which may include specification design and development oversight
Perform activities required for testing and integration with other applications
Conduct system and database audits to ensure a high level of security, accuracy and efficiency before devising new solutions or finding ways to enhance data management solutions
Offer timely and accurate solutions through inbound and outbound conversations (including phone calls, chats, emails and other communications as needed) while keeping a positive and upbeat attitude
Hybrid Schedule
For the first month, you'll be on site full time to onboard and train at Morley's corporate headquarters in Saginaw, Michigan. Afterward, you'll work a hybrid schedule partly from home and partly on site.

Eligibility Requirements
Associate degree (or high school diploma / GED with equivalent on-the-job training)
Demonstrated critical thinking, analytical and process-oriented skills
Familiarity with data structures and metadata
Computer proficiency
Able to work on site at our office in Saginaw, Michigan, during the initial on-site training period and as needed after that point
Able to work 8 a.m. - 5 p.m. Eastern time Monday to Friday (no nights or weekends!)
Must be able to stick to the schedule reliably
Nice to Have
- Previous experience in an IT role
