Coronado Gardens Part Time Maintenance Position (Lansing) in Lansing, Michigan
We are seeking a reliable and motived Maintenance Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for maintaining the overall appearance, safety, and functionality of the property.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform routine maintenance and repairs (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, appliances, carpentry, etc.)
Prepare units for move-in
Respond to maintenance work orders in a timely manner
Assist with grounds and general upkeep
Follow safety procedures and property policies
Qualifications:
Previous maintenance experience preferred (apartment or property maintenance a plus)
Basic knowledge of plumbing, electrical, and mechanical systems
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Reliable transportation
On-Call availability as needed
