Davis Construction, Inc. is ACTIVELY hiring On-the-Job Trainees for Construction Craft Laborer positions for bridge work, concrete, form work, carpentry, steel erection, and etc.

We are a local heavy / highway construction company located in Lansing, Michigan. Our jobs are typically located in the lower peninsula of Michigan with occasional work in the U.P.

Most of our projects pay prevailing wage rates. Construction projects are scheduled to begin in April 2026.

INFORMATION ABOUT ON-THE-JOB TRAINEE POSITIONS:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $26.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 -- 50 per week
