Job DescriptionnnSUMMARY:nnAs a contract-based Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and optimizing marketing strategies and collateral that empower B2B education partners to drive B2C enrollments. This role combines strategic marketing expertise, strong partner enablement skills, and deep understanding of learner behavior to create high-impact content, campaigns, and tools that help partners effectively position, promote, and scale their learning programs.nnThe ideal candidate is a collaborative marketer with a passion for education, strong storytelling capabilities, and the ability to translate complex learning products into compelling, enrollment-boosting messages.nnThis is a full-time (40 hours per week) contract position with the potential to convert to a full-time employee. Conversion may be considered based on individual performance and business needs but is not guaranteed.nnESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:nnReasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential duties.nnPartner Enablement & Relationship SupportnnServe as the primary marketing point of contact for B2B partners, understanding their enrollment goals, target learner segments, and marketing capabilities.nnDevelop partner-specific marketing plans and toolkits that support lead generation and enrollment growth.nnProvide ongoing consultation, best practices, and performance insights to partners to optimize their marketing and outreach efforts.nnMarketing Strategy & Campaign ExecutionnnBuild and execute integrated marketing strategies that can be white-labeled or co-branded for B2B partners.nnLead the creation of B2C promotional campaigns-including messaging frameworks, landing pages, email sequences, social media content, and promotional assets.nnConduct market and learner research to inform positioning, creative direction, and content approaches.nnContent Development & Creative ProductionnnDevelop compelling messaging and value propositions for learning programs across multiple modalities (online, bootcamp, workforce training, etc.).nnProduce high-quality collateral for partner use, such as brochures, program guides, videos, infographics, FAQs, and digital ads.nnWork cross-functionally with creative teams, product teams, and subject matter experts to ensure accuracy and brand alignment.nnPerformance Measurement & OptimizationnnTrack partner usage of collateral and measure impact on enrollment outcomes.nnAnalyze campaign performance and recommend data-driven improvements.nnMaintain a scalable library of marketing assets and templates to streamline partner enablement.nnCross-Functional CollaborationnnPartner with Product, Sales, and Learning Experience teams to ensure marketing materials accurately reflect program features, learner outcomes, and competitive advantages.nnSupport Sales with marketing materials and presentations for new partner acquisition.nnThis position has no formal supervisory responsibilities.nnMINIMUM REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:nnFive (5) years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in partner marketing, education marketing, or B2B2C environments.nnDemonstrated ability to create B2C marketing collateral that drives engagement, leads, and conversion.nnStrong writing, storytelling, and editing skills with the ability to translate complex concepts into clear, compelling copy.nnExperience managing cross-functional projects and working with creative teams.nnProficiency in marketing tools such as CMS platforms, email automation systems, and analytics tools.nnAbility to clear the required background check.nnCertificates and Licenses: None required.nnDESIRED QUALIFICATIONS:nnExperience in education, edtech, upskilling, or workforce development markets.nnFamiliarity with partner enablement strategies and co-marketing.nn*Background in UX writing, funnel optimization, or program
