SUMMARY: Under general supervision is responsible for helping members with any issues related to their Health and Wellness Benefits and enrolls prospective participants in appropriate programs. The ideal candidate will be a trusted go-to health resource for Health and Wellness programs and answer inbound and place outbound calls regarding Health and Wellness programs. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. Other duties may be assigned. * Handles member questions regarding group health and wellness solutions and requirements. * Engage perspective participants in a discussion around program benefits and enrollments for health and wellness services * Assists with coordination of services with providers * Handles referrals from providers/members * Provides navigation/support for member portal interaction * Schedules initial appointments for members * Administer member satisfaction surveys * Assist in the documentation of departmental procedures. This position description identifies the responsibilities and tasks typically associated with the performance of the position. Other relevant essential functions may be required. EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE Relevant combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree. EDUCATION: High School Graduate or GED equivalent required. Bachelor's degree in a health care related field is preferred. Continuous learning, as defined by the Company's learning philosophy, is required. Certification or progress toward certification is highly preferred and encouraged. EXPERIENCE: Two years experience in healthcare delivery system, provider office, or the insurance industry required. Three to five years work experience in customer service/sales is required. Computer skills intermediate/advance is required. 2-3 years work experience inbound/outbound call center is preferred. Motivational interviewing experience is preferred. Experience working in the CareAdvance platform is preferred. PAY RANGE: Actual compensation decision relies on the consideration of internal equity, candidate's skills and professional experience, geographic location, market, and other potential factors. It is not standard practice for an offer to be at or near the top of the range, and therefore a reasonable estimate for this role is between $45,800 and $76,600.
