AAI (Asbestos Abatement, Inc.) is seeking an experienced and motivated Foreman to lead field crews in the safe, compliant and efficient execution of environmental remediation and selective demolition projects. This role plays a critical part in delivering high-quality work in sensitive environments while fostering a strong safety-first culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage field technicians to meet daily production, safety and quality goals

``` - Enforce PPE use, safe work practices and site discipline at all times

``` - Conduct daily safety briefings and proactively identify jobsite hazards

``` - Plan and sequence work to improve crew efficiency and stay ahead of schedule

``` - Independently execute complex project tasks and adapt to changing field conditions

``` - Coordinate with superintendents, project managers and other stakeholders

``` - Ensure accurate completion of daily logs, timesheets and project documentation

Experience & Qualifications
