The assistant baseball coach will support program recruiting and selection of athletes for the sport of baseball. The incumbent will teach and monitor student-athletes progress in academics and athletics during their tenure at LCC. This position will focus on academic success and developing citizenship to ensure outstanding representation of the College. Secondary focus is on the development of student athlete's athletic abilities within the sport of baseball. Follows rules and guidelines in accordance with NJCAA and MCCAA. Works with Head Coach in developing preliminary budget, schedules, travel and equipment needs. As needed, may be required to transport athletes using a College owned vehicle.
Regular on campus presence is expected for all LCC employment. Any flexible work schedules and/or hybrid work schedules approved by the College are subject to change based on the needs of the LCC community.
