Kub Kao Thai Specialty Cook (Several Positions) in Lansdale, Pennsylvania
Here at KUB KAO, customers will experience the liveliness and excitement of our exhibition kitchen. Our extraordinarily fast and friendly wait staff wish to make guests visits with us an unforgettable event. We are currently seeking an experienced and talented Thai Specialty Cooks to work in our busy kitchen.
Specifically, our Thai Specialty Cooks will perform the following duties:
- Prepare and cook authentic Thai dishes using an understanding of the herbs and spices which permeate Thai cooking, including fermented fish sauce, shrimp pastes, lemongrass, coriander, galingale, garlic, and chilies;
- Cook in a fast-paced environment under time pressure;
- Prepare different types of Thai specialty sauces so the dishes contain unique and authentic Thai flavors; and
Perform other health and sanitation duties as required by law.
SALARY: $41,434/year
REQUIREMENTS: 24 months in any occupation demonstrating Thai cooking experience (2 years of experience in Thai cooking).
