ND job order 925306 Temporary seasonal position from 4/15/20026 to 11/1/2026 We need a seasonal worker to assist with our corn, wheat, soybean, and canola crop production season. The employee will perform all assigned duties related to growing these crops, including preparing fields for planting; attaching farm implements such as plows, discs, sprayers, seed drills, and harvesters to tractors using bolts and hand tools; operating tractors, planters, sprayers, manure spreaders, combines, irrigation equipment, and other farm machinery; planting, cultivating, weeding, spraying, fertilizing, and harvesting crops; applying fertilizer and pesticide solutions using hand sprayers to control insects, fungus, weeds, and diseases; loading and unloading crops and materials manually or with conveyors, forklifts, transfer augers, or hand trucks; loading hoppers and guiding products on conveyors; monitoring machinery during operation to detect malfunctions; hauling crops, supplies, and tools using farm semi-trucks; and inspecting, adjusting, and completing routine maintenance and repairs on equipment. The employer, at its sole discretion, may grant pay increases based on factors such as performance, longevity, and/or experience. Employer may also, at its sole discretion, offer performance-based incentive bonuses that are not guaranteed and are determined by the employer. The job requires exposure to extreme outdoor temperatures; extensive pushing, pulling, sitting, or walking; frequent stooping or bending; and repetitive movements.
